About Mx. Morgue
Hi! I'm Morgan. I'm 23. I'm a trans man, I'm cool with he or they. I am a Scorpio sun, Leo moon, and Aquarius rising. I'm about halfway through my B. Sci. in Psychology or equally far into an A.A.S. in Information Technology. I'm not a great student, never have been, but I'm trying to make it work. Something, something, great at showing what I know through testing, bad at the sustained effort thing. I'm currently a night shift network engineer, but while my favorite jobs by far were in art, behavioral health and teaching, the pay is just not enough to live on.
Oh, right, I'm married to my high school sweetheart (lol, gross right?— but if you're reading this I love you) and we have a gigantic dipshit cat named Louie who we love to death. In my free time, I play the bass (badly), run a little crochet business with my husband, and draw portraits. I also really love creating and connecting people to resources. Oh, and even though my space is a crazy mess, I *love* small organizing and cleaning projects, as well as putting furniture together.
I've been described as a "Paramore superfan" by three different people, but I don't necessarily do the whole parasocial relationship thing so much as I just genuinely connect with this silly angsty pop-rock I grew up to. I've seen them twice, both times up in the nosebleeds, and I really loved both experiences. When I was a teenager, I based half my personality on the cool bruises I got in metal show mosh pits, but I'm older with worse knees now—before you tell me I'm too young to say that, go look up EDS and get back to me. I would definitely say that my relationship with music is important to me. Spiritual, even. I made a goal this year to see 5 shows, and I've only seen ONE 4 months in, which is kind of a rip off.
I guess this is where people start listing their other interests and qualifications or whatever, but I'm drawing a blank.
While I've lived in Denver, CO the grand majority of my life, I have history in California and Texas. Anyway, I hope you're enjoying my silly little blog, though honestly, I'm awfully surprised you're here.
